Stephen, I am so very proud of all that you have accomplished. You did an outstanding job with thisRead More project. Ellyn nailed it when she said you were outgoing and articulate. You exemplify those attributes. I was thoroughly impressed with your public speaking skills, your project management skills and your dedication to scouting all while maintaining honors in school and participating in sports. I am looking forward to the day when you officially make Eagle Scout....congratulations on a job well done!

Congratulations to this young man. As an Eagle Scout myself, I don't think this article givesRead More justice to the amount of work Mr. Florio has undoubtedly undertaken to make it this far in his scouting career. To be prepared to pass an Eagle Board of Review at the age of 16, takes a lot of work and dedication. I would liked to have heard more about his scouting career, and exactly how this project will help the community. Even how the flag disposal process is supposed to be handled could have been delved into more, to educate the community, which, as Mr. Florio states, is an area many people are not aware of.

Thank you, Carrie. You are a very kind and compassionate woman and it was a pleasure to meet withRead More you. We have had 2 residents come in this morning after reading the article to make a donation, which was greatly appreciated. I also wanted to mention that Nancy Patterson of the CT Humane Society has made numerous donations of cat and dog food to help keep the resident animals happy.
