Montville School Department

<p>The Montville School Department, run by the superintendent and assistant superintendent, is responsible for the day-to-day operation of all the schools in town.</p> <p>The department oversees the entire school district, says assistant superintendent Brian Levesque. While the board of education sets policy, the superintendent and her staff put those policies into action.</p> <p>The superintendent and assistant superintendent hire the 500 or so employees who work in the school district, Levesque says.</p>
