Orbe Accepts Coaching Job With Mystic Schooners

Big Summer Job For Montville High Coach

The Mystic Schooners summer baseball team, a squad that draws major college talent from all over the country, just became more local in the New England Collegiate Baseball League.

Orbe coached summer baseball for Norwich American Legion in 1994 before being named Montville head coach in 1995. A teacher at Montville High, Orbe has directed a program that has placed 35 former players into college programs and five into the MLB amateur draft.
