Connecticut Sun Cuts Two Players

The Connecticut Sun's pre-season roster is two names shorter, WTNH is reporting.

According to the article, the WNBA team has cut Jessica Breland and Stefanie Murphy.

Breland, out of North Carolina, was a top pick in the 2011's second round draft, the article says, adding that she came to the Sun in July.

Murphy, who was picked up by the team as an undrafted free agent, has also been cut, the article says.
