Montville School Board Declines Extension of Superintendent’s Contract

Montville’s Board of Education voted unanimously not to add an additional year to Superintendent of Schools Pamela Aubin’s contract or give her a raise, according to a report in the Norwich Bulletin. 

The report says that as a result of the vote, Aubin has two years left with the district and her salary will remain at its current level of $164,222. Aubin began in 2010. 

School board members told reporters at the NorwichBulletin.com that they are “looking to make a change” and Aubin told reporters that she is disappointed and plans to do her best for Montville schools in the next two years.
