STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS

1. All students must be on time for mid-year exams. Students arriving late to school must report to the school office to meet with an administrator for possible approval to take the exam.

2. Students who are absent on the day of an exam must have a parent/guardian call the office before 7:35 a.m. on that day. Excused/unexcused absences from exams and make up decisions will be made by the administration.

3. Students are required to take exams each day regardless of their course-work grades.

4. Students who remain in school during exam hours that do not have a first or second exam should report to the cafeteria. Students with their own transportation are permitted to leave the building after the first exam.

5. Bus pick-up will function as usual. Dismissal will be at 12:00 Tuesday through Friday. Students taking make-up exams from 12:20 - 2:20 on Friday must provide their own transportation home. There are no late buses during exam week.

Make-up exams can be arranged between the student and teacher after 12 noon or during exam block with approval from student's administrator.
