Louise E. Stoetzner sold 10 Carolina Drive, Unit #29 Oakdale to Chunyan Guo for $49,000.

Jan. 31

Federal National Mortgage Association sold 15 Allen Drive, Uncasville to Tammy L. West for $149,900.

Feb. 1

Greta S. Polcaro sold 50 Cherry Lane, Oakdale to Gary Mazzella for $122,500.

Feb. 5

Bank of America NA sold 122 Noble Hill Road, Uncasville to Fairview Farms LLC for $110,000.
