The Montville Town Council will hold a special meeting tonight to discuss an ethics complaint filed by councilors Candy Buebendorf and Gary Murphy against Rosetta Jones. Jones serves on the Board of Assessment Appeals. The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. in the council chamber.
