Tonight, at 7 p.m., in Montville High School auditorium, citizens will be allowed to comment and vote on whether the Town Council should overturn an ordinance that puts control of water and sewer employees and finances in the hands of the the Water Pollution Control Authority.

Poll: Who Should Control the WPCA? (Of the 59 Patchers who had voted as of this morning, 34, or 57 percent said the Water and Sewer Commission should have the authority; 9, or 15 percent said the council should; and 16, or 27 percent said “some combination of the two.”
