why would one waste tax payers money sending registered letters to all sex offenders? Why would it be up to the mayor or resident trooper to issue a fine or warning letter? This is a waste of time and money to even try to address this issue the original ordinace is good as it stands. No one needs notice that they are a sex offender. It is posted and that is good enough quit wasting tax payers dollars on useless junk!
