Four meetings were slated, but with two cancellations, we’re down to two.
Just so you know, the Public Safety Commission meeting that was to be held Monday has been canceled as has the Monday Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
What will be held Monday is the Town Administration/Rules & Procedures Standing Committee. The 5:30 p.m. meeting, held in Town Hall, room 102 has a full and interesting agenda which includes a discussion of the controversial ‘media policy’ that would, according to the language in the official resolution on the Town Council agenda, prohibit employees from speaking with the media. The agenda also features a number of other items including continued discussion over police uniforms, employee holiday bonuses and the mayor’s payout and under old business, a discussion on the use of town facilities for worship.
Tuesday the Finance Committee meets at 5:30 p.m. in room 203 but they have not as of yet posted an agenda. We’ll get back to you.
