UPDATED: Montville Meetings This Week Feb. 4 - Feb. 8

A busy week ahead. Unless of course another storm blows through; several meetings are ones rescheduled from last week!

UPDATE: The agenda for Thursday's Inland Wetlands Meeting includes a discussion on the Town of East Lyme's application for the water main interconnection project within the roadways of Route 161, Route 85, Sachatello Industrial Dr and Butlertown Road.

The Water Pollution Control Authority meeting, which was slated for tonight, Monday Feb. 4 at 7 p.m., has been canceled.

The Town Administration/Rules and Procedures Standing Committee meet today, Monday, at 5:30 p.m., Montville Town Hall, Room 102. The meeting, which was rescheduled from last week, has an agenda that includes discussion on discussion on the per-Charter procedure for appointing people to town boards, commissions and committee, past practices on the mayor payout, a media police and a possible ordinance on health benefits for the Registrar of Voters.

Pubic Safety Commission Special Meeting is set for Tuesday Feb. 5 at 7 p.m. in Montville Town Hall, Council Chambers. This meeting too was rescheduled from last week. The agenda includes reports from the Fire Marshal, Fire Departments, Police Department, Animal Control and Building Official and discussion on the Public Safety building, an update regarding the Public Safety Plan, the status of firefighter position and more.

The Zoning Board of Appeals set for Wednesday Feb. 6 at 7 p.m. has been canceled.

The Aging Commission meets Thursday, Feb. 7 at 10 a.m. at the Montville Senior Center.

Inland Wetlands Commission Special Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 7 at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers. There is as of yet no published agenda.
