Mayor, Council Salaries Will Be Focus of Discussion at Finance Meeting
Also Scheduled to Convene This Week, the Public Safety Commission, Commission on Aging, Zoning Board of Appeals
Monday, Feb. 28
The Finance Committee has a special meeting scheduled for 5 p.m. in Room 203 of Town Hall. On the agenda is a discussion of the salaries of the mayor and town council members, police vehicles, the Montville Ecclesiastical Society Church and legal fees in the sex-offender treatment-center case.
The Public Safety Commission is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m., in the town council chamber. On the agenda is a discussion of the Public Safety Rules and Procedures document, and an update on and discussion of the public safety building complex, in addition to scheduled periods for remarks and reports.

The Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. in the town council chamber.

The Commission on Aging is scheduled to meet at 10 a.m. in the Senior Center library. On the agenda is a discussion of sign-ups for the Chicken Soup program, and of volunteers, and police background checks for the program. Updates on policy and procedures, and on the Town Charter and membership are also scheduled.
