Matt Suraci visited Montville Town Hall on Tuesday to get licenses for his dogs, Jessie, a 15-year-old black Lab; and Lily, a 7-year-old mutt. Suraci had all the documentation he needed to show the town clerk, and now his dogs are fully legal!
