Gov. Malloy Orders Flags to Fly at Full Staff at Sunset Today
Flags had been at half staff
Governor Dannel P. Malloy directed flags to full-staff at sunset on Friday, March 29.
Flags were flying at half-staff in honor of Marine Lance Corporal Roger W. Muchnick Jr., 23, who was killed in a training accident in Nevada. Lance Corporal Muchnick will be buried in Massachusetts on Friday.
