Caucuses Are Set for Thursday

The Republican Town Committee will caucus at 6:30 p.m. Thursday to formally select its slate of candidates for the November election. The Democratic Town Committee will caucus at 7:30 Thursday to do the same.

The Republicans will meet in Room 102 of Town Hall. The Democrats are scheduled to meet in Room 203 of Town Hall.

The Indpendence for Montville Party will not hold a formal caucus, said James Andriote Sr., but will basically approve the Republican slate.

Any Republican may participate in the Republican caucus; any Democrat may participate in the Democratic caucus.
