Billy Caron Formally Announces Candidacy for Montville Mayor
State and Local Dignitaries, Friends, Supporters and Family Pack Friday Afternoon Event
Town Councilor Billy Caron formally announced his candidacy for mayor Friday at the Montville Fire House on Route 163.
The event was attended by upwards of 40 people, including Susan Bysiewicz, former secretary of the state, who is now running for U.S. Senate; Rep. Tom Reynolds; and Mayor Joe Jaskiewicz, who gave Caron a ringing endorsement.
Friends, family and supporters of Caron, a Democrat, also attended.
