Risk of Injury Charges, DUI Charges and More
The following arrest information was supplied by Connecticut State Police and Montville Police. It does not indicate convictions.
Jan. 25
At 8:47 a.m., Montville Police arrested Nicole A. Beebe, 22, of 9 Salt Box Circle, Uncasville, and charged her with risk of injury to a child. She was assessed a $2,500 nonsurety bond and given a Feb. 9 court date. Police were responding to a report that Beebe “had left her 1-year-old child unattended in a high chair, while she was asleep intoxicated on the couch.”

At 12:02 a.m., police arrested Steven Laprise, 23, of 4 Maple Ave., Apt. 1, Uncasville, and charged him with interfering with an officer/nonassaultive, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct. He was assessed a $1,500 bond on the latter charge and given a Jan. 26 court date. The arrest came in response to a disorderly conduct complaint.

At 8:16 a.m., police arrested David K. Adams, 22, of 5 Gair Court, Uncasville, and charged him with third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree burglary. He was assessed a $5,000 bond on the latter charge, and given a Feb. 9 court date. The report charges Adams with breaking into a locked shed at a Montville home and taking water pipes.
Jan. 29
At 1:36 a.m., police arrested Joshua D. Lacy, 29, of 1562 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, and charged him with traveling too fast for conditions and driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. He was assessed a $500 nonsurety bond and given a Feb. 13 court date. The arrest came on Route 12 at King’s Highway in Ledyard, after a traffic stop.
