Police: Montville Man Went Through Quaker Hill Mailboxes
Police allege Sean Goins went through several mailboxes on Old Norwich Road and stole a package containing a piece of jewelry.
The Waterford Police Department has arrested a Montville man they believe went through several Quaker Hill mailboxes Monday and stole at least one package.
During Monday's overnight shift, Waterford Police Officers noticed that several mailboxes were open on Old Norwich Road and mail was scattered around that area, according to a department press release. After investigation, police arrested Sean Goins, 24, of Uncasville for going through mailboxes and stealing a package that contained a piece of jewelry.
The package containing jewelry has been returned to its rightful owner.
