Crystal Machabee, 30, of 51 Evergreen Lane, Oakdale was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
Alex J. Feldman, 25, of West Hartford and Vito M. Fornarelli, 22, of 48 Winterberry Drive, Colchester were both charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Kristen J. St. Claire, 34, of 509 Chesterfield Road, Oakdale was arrested on a warrant charging her with third-degree assault, breach of peace and third-degree strangulation. She was initially held on $10,000 bail.
