Police: Couple Sells Heroin on Craigslist
Police charged the couple after conduct surveillance on them.
On Craigslist you can find all types of things from furniture to jobs, but heroin?
Norwich Police say Alexis Chidester, 18 and her boyfriend, Thomas Birkbeck Jr., 28, are are accused of selling heroin on Craigslist, WFSB 3 reports.
Someone tipped off police, and they arranged a buy and the couple allegedly sold heroin to officers and then they were apprehended, WFSB 3 reports.
They were each charged with possession of heroin and intent to sell.
