Police Arrest Two Montville Men on Drug Charges, Seize Marijuana, Money and a Cadillac

The following arrest information was supplied by the Connecticut State Police. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Statewide Narcotics Task Force East Field Office, and the Waterford Police Department, with assistance from the Montville Police Department, seized drugs, money and other items from an apartment on  11 Pequot Road, Apt. 2, in Montville on Monday.

They arrested Anthony Labriola, 22, of 11 Pequot Road, and David MacCracken, 19, of 24 Cove Road, and charged them both with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and operating a drug factory, according to the report.

Each was assessed a $15,000 nonsurety bond, and given a July 12 court date.

Seized were one pound of marijuana, separated and packaged for sale, the report said; $4,160; a 2003 Cadillac CTS four-door, items of drug paraphernalia for packaging, and scales.

The task force is asking that anyone with information regarding illegal narcotic activity in eastern Connecticut call them at 860-442-9491, or call the anonymous tip line at 800-443-7874.
