Police Arrest Teen on Home Invasion, Sexual Assault Charges
A Montville teen allegedly broke into a home, walked into a bedroom and woke up one of the girls sleeping there, police said.
Montville resident Alex Petherick allegedly broke into a house in Montville and woke up one of three girls sleeping in a bedroom, NBC Connecticut reports.
Police arrested Petherick on the following charges, after securing an arrest warrant:
Petherick reportedly stayed in the home for a short period of time before becoming startled by something and leaving, according to NBC Connecticut. The father of the girl reportedly woken up by Petherick called 911. He said the girls did not know the 18-year-old who came into the home.
