Connecticut State Police at Troop E in Montville have confirmed for Montville Patch that 62-year-old Pui Yi Li of Elmhurst, Queens was struck and killed by a bus at Mohegan Sun Wednesday afternoon.
Li was crossing the roadway in front of the Mohegan Tribal Public Safety Building when she was hit by a commercial bus. Li was transported to Backus Hospital in Norwich and died from injuries sustained in the accident.
No charges have been filed against the driver of the bus.
