Todd Smith, 51 of 96 Woodland Drove, Uncasville was arrested on an outstanding warrant that charged him with violating a protective order.

Ashley Pangelinan, 23, of 229 Route 163, #2, Uncasville was charged with fourth degree larceny, third degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Jennifer M. Leblanc, 28, of 137 Stephen Drive, Stonington, was charged with driving under the influence.

Joseph Dougherty, 24, of Laurel Hill Avenue, Norwich, was charged with failure to appear.
