Montville Police Logs Week Of July 9
The following arrest information was supplied by Montville and Connecticut State Police.
July 10
Brandon R. Plemons, 41, of 65 Pink Row turned himself in on a warrant charging him with fourth-degree larceny and second-degree robbery. He was held on $100,000 bail.

Heather Gagnier, 22, of 7 Gain Court in Uncasville was charged with third degree assault in connection with an “altercation at a local business.” She was initially held on $7,500 bail.
July 12

Matthew McCracken, 22 of 117 Fort Shantok Road turned himself in an outstanding warrant on a charge of fourth degree sexual assault. He was held on $20,000 bond.
A 55-yer-old Montville man was charged with driving under the influence after attempting to leave the scene of a disturbance, police said. Gary Chokes of 114 Chestnut St. was charged with DUI.
Katie M. Smith, 21, of New London was arrested on a court-issue warrant for failure to appear on a Montville case of breach of peace against the 1 Bolles Ave. woman.
