George Lavigne, 31, of 326 Massapeag Side Road, Uncasville, was arrested at his residence on an outstanding warrant charging him with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny. He was held on $20,000 bond.
Conrado Santaliz-Semidey, 32, of 46 Crystal Ave., #B4, New London, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a car stop on Rt. 32 near Pink Row.

Daniel P. Ward, 37, of 260 Raymond Hill Road, #12 was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass after a Kitemaug Road woman identified him as the man who entered her house, and then fled. Police found him walking in the area.

Joshua M. Thibeault, 18, was arrested in Montville on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court.
