Roommate fights, accident evasion, and more in the Connecticut State Police Troop E's recorded incidents in Montville

The following arrests were recorded at Connecticut State Police Troop E. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.

July 16

Kyle Bard, 22, of 76 Flanders Road in Mystic, violation of probation, $500. According to Connecticut State Police Troop E, Bard was arrested on a G.A. 10 warrant.

Amanda Lynn Long, 29, of 37 Dubois Road, first-degree failure to appear in court, $50,000. According to Connecticut State Police Troop E, Dubois was arrested on a warrant.

Anthony Kobyluck, 26, of 593 Route 82, second-degree failure to appear in court, $2,500 bond. According to Connecticut State Police Troop E, Kobyluck was arrested on a warrant.

July 18

Marvin J. Macon, 42, of 179 West Morning Side Street in Hartford, violation of probation, $5,000 bond. According to Connecticut State Police Troop E, Macon was arrested at Exit 2 of Route 2A.

Pan Li, 56, of 136-21 Kissena Blvd. in Flushing, N.Y., simple trespass, $92 bond. According to the Connecticut State Police Casino Licensing and Operations Unit, Mohegan Tribal Police informed troopers that Li was seen in the Earth Casino at Mohegan Sun after he had previously been ejected.

July 19

Alan Caron, 47, of 60 Dobek Road in New Britain, violation of probation, $10,000 bond. According to the Montville Police Department, Caron was arrested after a motor vehicle stop.

James McArthur Sindab, 36, of 850 Parker Street in Manchester, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree criminal mischief, $5,000 cash or surety bond. According to the Connecticut State Police Casino Licensing and Operations Unit, Sindab was arrested at the Mohegan Sun Casino on an active warrant from a Feb. 20 incident.

July 20

Anthony Lamesa, 26, of 2 Wilson Court in Enfield, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, $500 bond. According to Connecticut State Police Troop E, Lamesa was arrested after he was seen driving erratically while traveling south on I-395.

July 21

Bryan Cook, 42, of 1500 Norwich-New London Turnpike, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, $500. According to Connecticut State Police Troop E, the Mohegan Tribal Police requested assistance after stopping a possibly impaired driver on Route 32; troopers arrested Cook after conducting sobriety tests.

July 24

Stephen J. Doyle, 63, of 2005 Stonecrest Drive in Brewester, N.Y., simple trespass, $92. According to the Connecticut State Police Casino Licensing and Operations Unit, Doyle returned to the Mohegan Sun Casino after he was permanently ejected.

July 26

Edward J. Blesso, 51, of 410 Main Street in Pine Meadow, evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to give right of way, carrying a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, $500 bond. According to Connecticut State Police Troop E, Blesso left the scene of an accident and was later found on the right shoulder of I-395’s northbound lane. Investigators determined that he was under the influence and carrying a loaded upholstered revolver in his front pocket.

Donna Marie Taylor, 49, of 7 Brewer Street, breach of peace, no bond listed. According to Connecticut State Police Troop E, Taylor was arrested after an altercation with her roommate.

Felix Mikutel, 73, of 370 Hamilton Ave. in Norwich, simple trespass, $92 bond. According to the Connecticut State Police Casino Licensing and Operations Unit, Mohegan Tribal Police informed troopers that Mikutel was a previously ejected patron who had returned to the Mohegan Sun Casino.

July 27

Cindy Park, 42, of 126 Westwood Circle in East Mills, N.Y., simple trespass, $92. According to the Connecticut State Police Casino Licensing and Operations Unit, Mohegan Sun security spotted Park at the Mohegan Sun Casino after she was permanently ejected.

July 28

Tyler Fisher, 20, of 77 Adelaide Street in New London, and Robert H. Hardison Jr., 20, of 58 Otis Street in Norwich, possession of alcohol by persons under 21 years of age. According to the Connecticut State Police Casino Licensing and Operations Unit, Fisher and Hardison were arrested at the Bow and Arrow Bar at Mohegan Sun Casino.

July 29

Michael Torrence, 24, of 1410 Mellville Ave. in Fairfield, second-degree breach of peace, $15,000 cash or surety bond. According to the Connecticut State Police Casino Licensing and Operations Unit, Torrence turned himself in at Troop G on a warrant held by troopers at the Mohegan Sun Casino.

July 30

Luther Zabelon Franck, 20, of 89 Cliff Street in Norwich, failure to respond to infraction, $75. According to Connecticut State Police Troop E, Franck was arrested after an unrelated traffic stop on I-395 where he was a passenger in the vehicle.

 

Accidents

At about 9:16 a.m. on July 18, a 1996 Chevrolet C2500 driven by 52-year-old William Edward Fisher of Canterbury was driving south on I-395 when a 2001 Dodge Neon driven by 87-year-old Margaret S. Ayer of Franklin suddenly veered into Fisher’s lane while passing, sideswiping his vehicle. Both vehicles had minor scrapes and there were no injuries. Police seized Ayer’s license and returned it to the Department of Motor Vehicles with a request for an on-the-road skills retest due to concerns about her driving ability.

At about 10:26 p.m. on July 25, a 2000 [INTL 2674], a commercial dump truck hauling a roll off dumpster, driven by 44-year-old Joel Outlaw of Baltic made contact with a 2013 GMC Acadia driven by Angela Campagnuolo of Bluffton, S.C., on Route 2A near the Mohegan Sun Blvd. intersection as Campagnuolo was merging onto Route 2A. No one was injured.

At about 10:59 p.m. on July 26, a 2007 Ford F-150 driven by 51-year-old Edward J. Blesso Jr. of Pine Meadow made a sharp right turn at the intersection of Route 2A and Mohegan Sun Blvd., striking a 2010 Toyota Camry driven by 24-year-old Jennifer Dwyer of Warwick, R.I. Blesso lost control of his vehicle and traveling left into a guardrail, and a rear tire was flattened after he drove over debris from the accident. Police say Blesso left the scene and was found about a mile away pulled over on the northbound shoulder of I-395; he was arrested on the above listed charges.

At about 3:37 p.m. on July 30, a 2002 Volkswagen driven by 50-year-old Susan Nagy of Griswold was driving south on I-395 when she slowed for heavy traffic and was rear-ended by a 2002 Chevrolet Impala driven by 20-year-old Sherwin Reid of Waterford. Nagy reported neck soreness but said she would prefer to see her own physician. Reid was issued an infraction for following too close.
