Police said three hours after being released on a charge related to a domestic incident, Robert Timon, 46, went back to the scene and was arrested again. Timon, of 160 Oxoboxo Dam Road was charged with threatening and disorderly conduct when he threatened to kill a woman and her boyfriend and then after having a no contact order instituted went back to the location. He was charged with violating a protective order. He was held on $50,000 bail.
Richard Rodriquez, 43, of 5 Joy Lane, Uncasville was charged with driving under the influence.
Sept. 23
Fernando Villanueva, 41, of 218 Route 163, #4 was charged with driving under the influence.
Sept. 26
Vimol Chitchanok 53, of 20 Turnpike Park, Norwich was charged with driving under the influence.
