Montville and State Police Logs - Sept. 1 - Sept. 6

The following arrest information is supplied by Montville and State police logs and does not indicate a conviction.

 

Sept. 1

Janet Cochran, 36, of 58 Church St., Norwich was arrested on a warrant that charged her with illegally obtaining prescription drugs at the Uncasville Rite Aid pharmacy on Aug. 11.

Sept. 3

Travis P. Kalin, 20, of 5 Blumenthal Drive, Uncasville was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace, police said, following a physical altercation with a female while he was intoxicated.

Sept. 4

Christopher J. Henderson, 26, of Kansas, was a passenger in a car that was pulled over near Rt. 85 and Beckwith Road because the driver was not wearing a seatbelt. He was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit and for having weapons in a car.

Sept. 6 - Montville Police Sobriety Checkpoint 

Peter Flynn, 62, of 50 Mumford Cove Road, Noank was charged with driving under the influence.  

Richard B. Wetherall, 46, of 86 Summit St., Norwich was charged with driving under the influence.  

Robert Hislop, 38, of 562 Old Colchester Road, Montville was charged with driving under the influence.

Why cant the montville police and major crime squad catch the person that lit 24 old colchester rd oakdale on fire twice within a day of each other. They know who did it, Very poor dept. I would have hated to see the occupants hurt, but I guess thats just me.
