Montville and State Police Logs - Aug. 3 - Aug. 10

The following arrest information comes from Montville and State Police logs and does not constitute a conviction.

 

Aug. 3

Following a late night “altercation,” Montville Police, assisted by CSP K-9 located a victim of a stabbing in a wooded area in Oakdale; his injury, police said, was non-life threatening. The suspect in the attack, Harry John Drummond III, 20, od 11 Jeffrey Manor in Oakdale was taken by police to the scene and later charged with second-degree assault and breach of peace. He was immediately held on $7,500 bond.

Aug. 5

George F. Bassett, 46, of 11 Macintosh Ave., in Uncasville was arrested at his residence on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Aug. 6

Brent Lewis, 36, of York Court, Ledyard was arrested on a warrant and charged with breach of peace for an Aug. 3 incident involving his former wife. 

Tonya Perkins, 33, of Park Ave. Ext. was turned herself in to Montville Police in connection with a Aug. 3 disturbance. She was charged with breach of peace.

Aug. 7

James Michalski, 45, of 20 Ridge Drive, Uncasville was charged with violating a protective order by coming to his former girlfriend’s home and screaming and cursing at her while she hid in a bathroom. He is also charged with breach of peace. He was held on $5,000 bail.

Darlene Spencer, 56, of 7 Brewer St., was charged with disorderly conduct following a dispute with her landlord.

Aug. 8

A fight between two brothers ends with police charges. Michael Boyle, 21, of 126 Richard Brown Drive was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
