Misrepresentation, DUI and Assault

The following arrest information was supplied by Connecticut State Police and Montville Police. It does not indicate convictions.

 

May 24

A 62-year-old man turned himself in to State Police at the Troop E Montville barracks on a warrant issued by the CT State Attorney General. Gregory T. Mackin, of Griswold, was charged by the Attorney General with making/offering a home improvement without a certificate of registration. The charge stemmed from an October 2012 incident. Mackin posted $10,000 surety bond.

George Sanborn, 43, of Oakdale was arrested following a domestic incident where he allegedly struck his girlfriend. Police charged him with disorderly conduct, third degree assault and unlawful restraint. He was presented in court with a $20,000 surety bail.

Dawn Marie Seretna-Mattern, 43, of 4 Elton Court, Uncasville, was charged with DUI. An officer traveling on Rt. 163 observed her swerve several times and nearly strike the guard rail twice. She was released on a $500 surety bond.

May 28

Randy A. Judd, 34, of 5 Beach Lane in Montville, was charged after another driver traveling on Rt. 82 called in a complaint.
