Four Busted in Drug Sting at Dots Café in Montville

According to a Connecticut State Police press release, four people were charged following a six-month investigation conducted by state and Montville Police into drug dealing at Dots Café in Montville.

Police charged Annie J. Douton, 30, of New London and Trisha A. Dorn, 34, of Uncasville, each with four counts of sale of narcotics. Police also charged Irene Cisneros, 44, of Uncasville and Wayne Baker, 47, of Preston with sale of narcotics. An arrest warrant was also served for 56-year-old Gary L. Mather of Griswold that charged him with drug possession and 12 counts of criminal possession of a firearm.  

The Norwich Police Department and the Statewide Narcotics Task Force were also part of the investigation.
