Police Blotter: April 13-17
The following arrest information was supplied by Connecticut State Police and Montville Police. It does not indicate convictions.
April 13
At 9:19 p.m., police arrested Paul Ryan, 35, of 43 Fellows Road, Oakdale, and charged him with driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked, and speeding. He was assessed a $500 nonsurety bond and given an April 24 court date. The arrest came on Interstate 395 in Griswold after a motor vehicle stop.
April 14

At 2:37 a.m., police arrested Mary E. Dokurno, 21, of 42 Clearview Drive, Wallingford, and charged her with driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, and a second DUI offense, and failure to drive right. She was assessed a $1,500 bond and given an April 24 court date. The arrest came on Raymond Hill Road at Fielding Drive in Montville, after a motor vehicle stop.
At 4:30 a.m., Montville Police arrested John A. Kachapis, 42, of 35 Viking Drive, Bristol, RI, and charged him with driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, and unauthorized use of handicapped plates/handicapped parking. He was assessed a $500 cash bond and given a May 1 court date. The arrest came at 2212 Route 32.

April 15
At 1:12 a.m., Montville Police arrested Marie A. Love, 45, of 12 Hovey St., Newton, MA, and charged her with failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated, and driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. She was assessed a $500 cash bond and given a May 1 court date. The arrest came at Exit 1 and Norwich-New London Turnpike, after the suspect’s vehicle was seen driving without its lights.
April 16
At 6:16 p.m., police arrested Paul M. Pukas, 30, of 10 Mayfair Drive, Waterford, and charged him with possession out of container, possession of a controlled substance and possession of pills without original container. He was released on a $2,500 nonsurety bond and given an April 26 court date. The arrest came on Interstate 395 North in Montville after a motor vehicle stop.
April 17
At 2:09 p.m., police arrested Robin Barbara Skulczyck, 41, of 6 Ricky Lane, Oakdale, and charged her with third-degree assault. She was released on a $1,000 bond and given an April 18 court date. The arrest came after an alleged domestic dispute.
