Criminal Mischief, Assault And Violation Of A Protective Order

Jason Pelchat of Waterford was arrested by police following a “physical altercation” on Willow Drive in Uncasville shortly after 10 p.m. Police charged the 30-year-old with third-degree assault, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct and bail was set at $1,500.

Kevin Bradham, 25, of 32 Fielding Terrace, Uncasville turned himself in at the resident state trooper on a court-issued warrant that charged him with violating a protective order. He was immediately held on a $20,000 cash bail.
Stephanie Walden-Kirk, 21, of 170 Route 82, #12 in Oakdale was charged with breach of peace and criminal mischief. Police said that following an argument with another individual, Walden-Kirk injured herself after “kicking in” a glass door. She was released on $1,000 non-surety bond.
