Police report arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by Connecticut State Police and Montville Police. It does not indicate convictions.

Sept. 2

At 10:02 a.m., Montville Police reported an SUV-vs.-motorcycle accident at 96 Oxoboxo Dam Road. A 2009 Honda BTM driven by Frank J. Driscoll, 46, of 184 Fitchville Road, Bozrah, and a 2009 Nissan Murano driven by Elizabeth Matera, 42, of 137 Oxoboxo Dam Road, collided. Driscoll complained of leg pain and was transported to the William W. Backus Hospital.

Sept. 3

At 10:23 p.m., police arrested Kelly M. Fantacci, 46, of 32 Evergreen Lane, Oakdale, and charged her with failure to drive right, and operating while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. She was assessed a $500 nonsurety bond on the latter charge, and given a Sept. 13 court date. The arrest came on Route 163 after police investigated a minor one-car accident.

Sept. 5

At 8:35 p.m., Montville Police arrested Michael C. Cote, 30, of 65 Quarto Road, Norwich, and charged him with failure to carry certificate of registration/insurance, traveling unreasonably fast for conditions and driving a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused or suspended. He was assessed a $500 surety bond on the latter charge and given a Sept. 20 court date. The arrest came on Route 32.

Sept. 6

At 5:12 p.m., Montville Police arrested Amy P. Sulman, 37, of 495 Chapel Hill Road, Oakdale, and charged her with traveling unreasonably fast for conditions and driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. She was assessed a $500 bond on the latter charge; no court date was listed in the report. The arrest came on Chapel Hill Road after a minor motor vehicle accident.
