Charges of Unauthorized Delivery, Parole Violations, DUIs

The following arrest information was supplied by Connecticut State Police and Montville Police. It does not indicate convictions.

These arrests were reported recently by Montville Police and Connecticut State Police:

Oct. 1

At 10:29 a.m., Connecticut State Police arrested Annette Ramos, 40, of 310 Exchange St., no. 2, New Haven, and charged her with unauthorized delivery to Corrections or an inmate. The report says that Ramos was “observed attempting to bring marijuana into the Radgowski Correctional Center.” She was released on $1,000 bond and given a court date of Oct. 13.

Oct. 2

At 3:17 p.m., Montville Police arrested Walter Sikorski, 45, of 32 Gutterman Road, Apt. B, Uncasville, and charged him with violation of probation/conditional discharge. He was assessed a cash bond of $10,000 and given an Oct. 13 court date. The arrest came at his home.

At noon, police arrested Kristen St. Claire, 33, of 509 Chesterfield Road, Montville, on an active arrest warrant for an alleged theft of a generator on Aug. 30. She was charged with fifth degree larceny, breach of the peace and interfering with an offier. A $10,000 surety bond was assessed, and she was given an Oct. 13 court date. St. Claire turned herself in.

Oct. 3

At 4:56 p.m., Montville Police arrested Mardi Santana, of 508 Summit St., Willimantic, and charged her with third degree assault and breach of peace. She was assessed a $500 nonsurety bond and given an Oct. 4 court date. The arrest came on Depot Road in Montville.

Oct. 5

At 7:54 p.m., police arrested David J. Grant, 32, of 263 Route 163, Apt. 2, Uncasville, on two active failure to appear warrants. He was assessed a $15,000 surety bond and given an Oct. 20 court date. The arrest came at his residence.

At 3:18 a.m., Montville Police arrested Brett Bassett, 25, of 91 Leffingwell Road, Apt. N-4, and charged him with disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal manufacturing/selling/possession of drugs, interfering with emergency calls, possession of a controlled substance/non-narcotic, less than 4 ounces,  possession of a controlled substance/narcotics, using a motor vehicle without the owners possession, and possession out of container. He was assessed a $10,000 cash bond on the final charge and given an Oct. 13 court date. The arrest came at Bassett’s home, following a reported domestic violence incident.

At 8:11 a.m., police arrested Mose L. Jones, 60, of 32 St. Joseph St., Groton, and charged im with driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. He was assessed a $500 bond and given an Oct. 18 court date. The arrest came at Mohegan Sun Casino, following a minor accident.
