Charges of DUI, Larceny, Disorderly Conduct
The following arrest information was supplied by Connecticut State Police and Montville Police. It does not indicate convictions.
June 16
At 8:49 p.m., Montville Police arrested Graham A. Waddington, 19, of 260 Skinner Lane, Hebron, and charged him with passing in a no passing zone, public possession of liquor by a minor, reckless driving and driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. He was assessed a $1,500 cash bond on the final charge, and given a June 28 court date. The arrest came on the Hartford New London Turnpike.
At 1:16 p.m., Montville Police arrested Anthony L. Bois, 25, of 15N Golden Road, Uncasville, and charged him with disorderly conduct. He was assessed a $2,500 bond and given a June 17 court date. The arrest came after what the report describes as a minor physical altercation with the victim.

June 17
At 1 p.m., police arrested Lindsay Michelle Bailey, 29, of 101 Forsyth Road, Oakdale, and charged her with larceny in the third degree. She was assessed a $20,000 bond and given a June 30 court date. The arrest came at Troop E headquarters, when Bailey turned herself in on an active arrest warrant.
