Charges of DUI, Criminal Mischief, Fighting
The following arrest information was supplied by Connecticut State Police and Montville Police. It does not indicate convictions.
June 10
At 8:57 p.m., Montville Police arrested Greg A. Cushner, 36, of 59 Woodside Ave., Norwich, and charged him with failure to obey control signal and driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. A $500 bond was assessed on the latter charge, and he was given a June 28 court date. The arrest came at the intersection of Route 32 and Route 2A.
At 1:44 p.m., Montville police arrested Ryan M. Dicocco, 19, of 271 Simpson Lane, Oakdale, on a warrant charging criminal mischief in the second degree, and disorderly conduct: no fight/no threat/no obstruction. He was assessed a $2,500 bond on the latter charge and given a June 13 court date. He turned himself in to police, at his home.

June 11
At 11:12 p.m., Montville Police arrested Carol Mugavero, 38, of 91 Leffingwell Road, Q8, Uncasville, and charged her with failure to drive with headlamps lit, and driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. She was assessed a $500 nonsurety bond and given a June 28 court date. The arrest came on Route 32 at the New London Turnpike, after a motor vehicle stop.

At 9 p.m., police arrested Michael Belisle, 25, of 370 Kick Hill Road, Lebanon, and charged him with criminal trespass. The arrest came at the Best Western Hotel on Route 32. The report charges Belisle with causing a disturbance and refusing orders by management and police to leave.
At 3:03 p.m., Montville police arrested Mark S. Szawerda, 55, of 24 Cook Drive, Uncasville, and charged him with disorderly conduct/no fight/no threat/no obstruction. He was arrested at his home, after a reported disturbance.
At 11:12 a.m., Police arrested Jonathan D. Silverthorne, 25, of 495 Laurel Hill Road, Norwich, and charged him with failure to drive right and driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. He was assessed a $500 nonsurety bond, and given a June 21 court date. The arrest came on Route 2A eastbound.
June 12
At 12:05 p.m., Montville Police arrested Melissa Bessette, 28, of 63 Fielding Drive, Uncasville, on an active failure to appear warrant. She was assessed a $500 bond and given a June 30 court date. The arrest came at her home.
