Charges of Disorderly Conduct, Larceny, DUI
The following arrest information was supplied by Connecticut State Police and Montville Police. It does not indicate convictions.
July 5
At 9 p.m., Montville Police arrested Kevin Wilson, 49, of 318 Windham Ave., Colchester, and charged him with reckless driving and possession of prescription medicine out of its original container. He was assessed a $500 nonsurety bond and given a July 14 court date.
At 8:40 p.m., police arrested Ramon J. Sanchez-Valquez, 30, of 1937 Route 32, Uncasville, and charged him with breach of peace, nonassaultive, and assault in the third degree. He was accused of being involved in a large family fight where multiple people were arrested. The arrest came on Route 32 at Golden Road. No bond amount was listed; he was given a July 6 court date.

Also arrested were Yamilka Quiles-baez, 19, of 1937 Route 32, Uncasville, charged with assault in the third degreee and breach of peace; she was given a July 6 court date. No bond amount was listed.
At 9:03 a.m., police stopped Marty L. Bonnno, 35, of 7 Michael Ave., Griswold, on suspicion of operating unreasonably fast. They found a warrant out on him for operating while under suspension, arrested him and transported him to Troop E. He was charged with failure to appear in the second degree, assessed a $5,000 bond, and given a July 5 court date. The arrest came on Oakville Road.

July 6
At 1:45 p.m., police arrested Paul Spike McQuown, 19, of Old Cochester Road, Uncasville, and charged him with larceny in the 6th degree and possession of a controlled substance. The arrest came after an allegation of theft.
July 10
At 9:45 p.m., police arrested Juan M. Deaza, 48, of 4D Walnut Drive, Uncasville, and charged him with disorderly conduct and interfering with a 911 call. He was assessed a $500 nonsurety bond and given a July 11 court date. The arrest came after a report alleging a domestic disturbance.
July 11
At 1:18 a.m., Montville Police arrested Chrstina F. Ruzicka, 36, of 221 North Water St., Stonington, and charged her with failure to drive right and driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. She was assessed a $500 bond on the latter charge and given a July 19 court date. The arrest came on Raymond Hill Road at Glen Crag Place, after a motor vehicle stop.
