UPDATE: One of the Two 'January Center' Sex Offenders is in Custody

Two men, one 24 and the other 61, both convicted sex offenders are out of compliance with state law for not letting authorities know where they are

UPDATE: Antone Hoffler, 61, is now in custody.

Two Montville-based registered sex offenders are out-of-compliance with state law; neither has verified their addresses. In other words, their whereabouts are unknown.

Kenneth Harakaly, 24, was convicted in 2008 of risk of injury to a child for having intimate sexual contact with a child under 16. His last known address was at the January Center housed at the Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center. Authorities have not heard from him since January of 2011.

Antone Hoffler, 61, also was last at the January Center. Authorities have not been able to confirm his address since August. Hoffler was convicted of rape in 1989 and spent five years in prison. But in 1998, he was again convicted of rape.
