Update: What Would You Like to See Here?

The building that once housed B&T Tile and Carpet could become nearly anything. Patch wants to hear YOUR ideas!

Montville Patch readers responded with some great ideas when we asked what they'd want to see in this empty building, at 1920 Route 32.

At one time, the building housed B&T Tile and Carpet, which is now next to Montville Hardware.

It's has been empty for a while, in spite of its decent parking and excellent location.

Ideas ranged from a shelter/food kitchen to a craft supply store, an arcade, a Cracker Barrel or Wendy's, to a new home for the Raymond Library.

On the Montville Patch Facebook page, ideas ranged from Red Lobster from Laura Danao to a place to hold parties (Dawn Darrow Penman), to a children's playland (Tawny Priddle Judy) to Dave & Busters (Christine Spear Trasko)a Coyote Ugly bar - in fact, Bob Bedard says he's been talking this idea up for a month!
