Today's 5: Hey, Was That Legal?

Find out tonight at a Freedom of Information seminar at Montville Town Hall

1. Expect another beautiful autumn day today, with a high in the mid-60s, and wall-to-wall sun. That sun will come up at 7:02 a.m., and set at 6:06 p.m.

2. Tonight at Town Hall, there's a seminar on Freedom of Information, and the rules and regulations governing public bodies. The event starts at 7 p.m., and is being put on by Tom Hennick, of the Freedom of Information Commission.

If you're interested in knowing what your public bodies can and can not do, if you want an education on the legalities of setting agendas, giving public notice of meetings, and the right way to conduct and record public meetings, the seminar is for you.
