Montville cheer coach fired, for no reason.. cheerleaders heart broken.

Does anyone know about the school system and stuff and who I would talk to about maybe starting a petition for the high school cheer coach? Sherwin and Patten (the athletic director an asst. principal) told them they're firing her after this season. No ones really sure exactly why, she just had that team bring home a first place trophy and the grand champs trophy! Their meeting started about talking how wonderful the competition went and ended horribly, it's a disgrace. The two firing her are making a VERY big mistake and EVERYONE is so mad about it. I wanna try and get her to be able to stay, she's the best cheerleading coach I've ever had. I was with her for three years out of the ten I have cheered. Shes made that program ten times better in just three year of being there than any coach ever! She's brought us home more trophies in three years than any other coach in the past, and she got us the highest place in states in montville history. One point away from going to regionals! Cheerleadings not only a competition but you literally become one big family, all those girls become so close. I talk to terra STILL about the cheerleaders and come to the competitions and I graduated last year. If she's fired, not only will it break her heart, but the montville high cheer program goes straight downhill, and every single current and upcoming cheerleader is devastated. 8th graders and their parents are already saying they don't like sherwin and saying that he's ruining the program, because terra comes down and helps out with the youth cheerleading also, I know because I coach it. But then again as a Montville High graduate and four year varsity cheerleader I believe Mr.Sherwin has never helped or even been positive about the cheer program, the only ones he cares for is football, since he used to coach it. Thank you!
