Set Out the Platters Today

Here’s an easy way to make sure you have everything covered for the Christmas feast.

On sticky notes or index cards, write each dish you are making for the meal.

Get your serving platters out now, set them on the table or the sideboard, and put in each dish a tag saying what that dish will hold.

You can set serving utensils with the dishes, too. If you’re worried about dust and germs, just cover the whole arrangement with a sheet or tablecloth.
