Don't shoot the messenger.
Along with the typical political signs you find littering the road sides in Montville a number of “DUMP DANA” signs have been popping at the homes of two classless individuals who would rather shoot the messenger than argue the merits. I developed a plan that would have provided town wide trash pick up to Montville residents for less than $60 a year. Because of this I angered a town dump employee. I also opposed a change to the vendor ordinance which would have allowed vendors to set up next door to existing businesses and sell the same food or wares. This ordinance change would have been grossly unfair to our business community and would have solely benefited former democratic councilman, and hotdog vendor Gary Murphy ,obviously my opposition to that has angered him also. The actions of these individuals opens a whole new door to the future of political signs ,where instead of promoting one’s self, derogatory signs of your opponents will be popping up on the neighbors lawn.
I’m honored to have served the fine folks of Montville. I ask for your vote if you think I deserve it.
