Daily 5: Publicize Your Event Here on Patch!

And don't forget about St. Patrick's Day festivities this weekend

1. Mostly sunny today, with a high in the low 50s!

2. Montville High School Principal Chad Ellis is hoping parents – and students, of course – will take a survey about the climate at the school. Ellis is interested in hearing not only what parents and students think, but also hearing about the differences between the two points of view. For more on the survey, and to find out how to take it, click here.

3. Don’t forget about the New London St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday! Click here for info. If you can’t make that one, there’s one in Mystic on Sunday, March 25!

4. If you’re still looking for some St. Patrick’s Day fun, why not try bingo at the ? Info, times, and everything else you need can be found

5. Do you have an event coming up that you'd like people to attend? Have something you'd like to announce to your neighbors in Montville?

You can use the Montville Patch to publicize it!

To list an event,

  • Log in to the Montville Patch, or register, if you haven't already (look in the upper right corner of the page for the login/register spot)
  • Click here to create a new Event listing - or just click on the "Post Your Own Event" button at the bottom of the calendar.
  • A form will open up... just fill it out! Make sure to add the photos where it says "Choose file to upload."
  • Once you click "Post My Event" at the bottom, you will come to the page that features your event. Send the URL to me at carrie.jacobson@patch.com and I will feature it on the homepage!
