1. Mostly sunny today, with a high near 60. The weekend looks pretty sunny, too, except for Sunday afternoon, when there could be some showers.
2. The ceremony to lay the cornerstone of the Public Safety Building is on Sunday at noon, and you're invited! Park in the Montville Hardware parking lot, or if that's full, on the road to Corrigan-Radgowski, and celebrate the construction of your new town building.
3. The Montville Town Council has scheduled a public hearing on the Board of Education budget on Monday at 7 p.m. in the Town Council chamber. Residents will be invited to speak during the meeting.
