I Object…

In her article, “Crucial Newtown Questions Not Asked” on the HuK Magazine website, Gracelyn Guyol’s presumption that the use of psychotropic drugs and the lack of proper care for the mentally impaired resulting in horrible acts of mass murder is correct.

However, she has labeled me a lunatic; she assumes that because I am a legal gun owner who shoots for recreation that I am an insane mass murderer.  Her insensitivity and ignorance combined with the typical anti-constitutional leftist rhetoric are highly offensive to me.  She is also wrong about the legal status of automatic weapons as they have been illegal for civilian ownership for decades.  The evidence of her transgression resides in the excerpt from her article below.

In shooting competitions, the participants are shooters; therefore, I am a shooter and since I am a shooter, I am an insane, evil person according to Guyol.

I object…

Label the perpetrators of violent crime anything you want, lunatics, criminals, murderers, crazy, gangsters, or whatever, but do not call them shooters.
