These people proposed legislation that degrades or nullifies the Second Amendment and/or violates HIPPA.  In rare instances, very few of these people have made proposals that actually make sense.  However, that does not excuse complicity in the attacks on state and federal constitutions.  

Why have these people made these proposals?  They say to protect children, reduce gun violence, and reduce crime.  

They obfuscate their intent, which is to be re-elected and advance their political careers while extending draconian control of the citizenry by any means possible. 

Gun and ammunition bans will not stop criminals.  The elimination of the Second Amendment would not stop criminals.  New legislation will not stop street violence.  Existing laws must be rigorously enforced.  

There is only one reason for these attacks on the constitutions.  That is to remove the right and ability of the citizenry to defend themselves against criminals and oppressors.
